Ma-prang, a jewel of tortoised shell and grace, Strolled the alley way, a smile upon her face. Her coat, a patchwork quilt of amber, black and cream, A sight to warm the heart, a sunlit waking dream. Mr Art and Mr Ball, her human friends so dear, Showered her with love, dispelling every fear. She greeted all with gentle purrs and never a scratch or hiss, A furry diplomat, ensuring everyday bliss. The canal's soft murmur, the sun's caressing ray, As Ma-prang, sleek and clean, would gracefully parade.
